About Your International Delivery

Your OPENING CEREMONY online order wil be delivered via "Yu-Pack" percel service by "JAPAN POST".

Your Inquiry code number(for delivery) and order status can be confirmed at "Delivery status" in "Order details".

Please check your Inquiry code number and delivery status on "Yu-Pack Track & Trace Service" page.

How long is the shipping time?

International Shipment will be delivered within 5-7 days after the day goods were shipped from warehouse. It depends on the delivery area and when the order was made.

In addition, there are many areas where the customs are closed on holidays, there is a difference in delivery days depending on the day of the week. Also, please understand 

that there may be some delay due to customs clearance circumstances. In overseas delivery we can not accept the request of delivery date and time.

What are the shipping costs?

International Shipping costs for OPENING CEREMONY online products may vary depending on the weight of the box and delivery area.

For the products ordered through "Check Inventory" function, shipping cost will be charged on each product.

There will be no additional commission for Credit Card payment.

How about customs duty, consumption tax, customs inspection fee, various other expenses

Customs duty, consumption tax, customs inspection fee, other various expenses incurred at locally those cost will be borne by the member and need to be paid.

Please contact the local customs office, related office etc for the cost of customs clearance.

About Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) for International Shipment

It is not available Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) for International Shipment.

OPENING CEREMONY online cares about the environment and delivers each products in eco-packaging.

Please note that recyclable paper bags/packages will be used for product wrapping.

Please choose "Cancellation" from the pull-down menu and submit.

※Please be reminded that cancellation of pre-order/order on "sale" item cannot be accepted even before delivery.

【When delivery status is "In preparation" or "Stock allocated" or "Delivered"】

Order cancellation is not availabel since the order is already processed to be delivered.

Returns

When you received your products

Once you've received your merchandise, before removing any tags, please be sure to confirm the items are "with no defectives", "in correct size", and "correct items as ordered".

※ Please be informed that you can return items you purchased only within 7 days of delivery date.

You cannot return the items you've already used, or after 8 days from arrival. Please check thoroughly on arrival. 

※Shipment cost for return will be borne by Member. There is no designated carrier for return but please return the goods by the carrier with trucking system. Such as EMS, Fedex, UPS.
※Regardless of the delivery method, we will cancel your order if the shipped item was returned to us for any reason. The returned item can not be retransmitted. Also, we can not return shipping cost unless we have obvious responsibility.
※Process for refund will be made after arrival of returns. Refund will be credited in Japanese yen. Because of exchange rate fluctuation due to settlement time difference may be generated in the amount of settlement in local currency.
※If you try shoes on, please do so indoors.
※When you try items on, please prevent odor of perfume/cosmetics/tabacco from spreading to merchandise.
※Any products that seem to be worn cannot be returned/cancelled.

If you return the items

You can return the any delivered items except discounted items/pre-order items/sale items/items purchased with coupon.

※We cannot accept changing size and/or color, or exchanging to another item.
※Shipment cost for return will be borne by Member. There is no designated carrier for return but please return the goods by the carrier with trucking system. Such as EMS, Fedex, UPS.

If you wish to return an item that you purchased, please contact OPENING CEREMONY online Customer Support from "CONTACT US".

Please be reminded that we cannot accept returns of:

・Items exceeding 8 days from delivery date

・Items used, fixed, washed, or sent to the laundry.

・Items that lost accessories including price tag and label 

・Items with odor, stain, or damage caused by customer

・Items returned in significantly different condition from delivery (including box and accessories)

・Items that their package were opened (Items that the package is also a part of the product ex. CD etc.)

Items you cannot return (Sale items, items purchased with coupon etc.)

・When you try items on, please prevent odor of perfume/cosmetics/tabacco from spreading to merchandise.

・When you try items on, please do not remove tags.

・If you try shoes on, please do so indoors.

※Any products that we determined as they're worn cannot be returned.

・Since shoe box is also a part of merchandise, we cannot accept returns if you sent back the item with the shippment invoice directly attached on shoe box.

・We cannot accept exchanges of items including size exchange.
※In case if you received a faulty item, we will exchange to a new item only if there is one in our inventory.
・If points were used in payment, those points will be refunded. 


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty item

If you received a "faulty item", we will immediately make an exchange or a refund.
Please contact OPENING CEREMONY online Customer Support from "CONTACT US" within 7 days from the delivery date.

※ Please be reminded that if the product was not returned before validated date, your return cannot be accepted.

Also, we cannot accept an exchange or a refund for:

・Items exceeding 8 days from delivery date
・Items used, fixed, washed, or sent to the laundry.
・Items that lost accessories including price tag and label 
・Items with stain or damage caused by customer
・Items returned in significantly different condition from delivery (including box and accessories)
・Items that no defective was found in our quality inspection
